1. Service Description

Welcome to azureana, operated by azureana. Our platform provides users with access to a variety of travel-related services, including but not limited to travel planning, booking, and information dissemination regarding travel pathways. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through azureana. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with azureana and meet all of the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. azureana will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we suspect any violation of these Terms.

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. These communications may include notices about your account and information concerning or related to our services. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users of azureana are expected to use the services in a manner that is lawful and respectful of others. You agree not to use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the services.

In addition, you agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services, or which, as determined by azureana, may harm azureana or users of the services or expose them to liability. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Using the services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the services.
Using any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the services.

4. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, you are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using azureana:

Transmitting any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Using the services to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, or any other form of solicitation.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services, or which, as determined by azureana, may harm azureana or users of the services or expose them to liability.

5. Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on azureana, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of azureana or its licensors and are protected by Slovak and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by azureana. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our site, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant azureana a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. azureana takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User-Generated Content submitted by you or any other user of the services.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any User-Generated Content for any or no reason in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy
